Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design processes is a plus.
• Previous/current flight controller certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily tasking of the Training Integration team and coordinate across disciplines.
• Oversee course development, training integration, training implementation, and record management.
• Support user evaluations, demos, PMOD meetings, and training feedback.
• Provide feedback on course development and editorial direction.
• Lead and support training efforts and other duties as assigned by Teledyne management.
