Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Technical Trainer to plan, develop, and deliver training for the IFPC Inc 2 missile defense system. This role includes creating manuals, lesson plans, and instructional materials and coordinating with engineering and government teams.

The candidate will lead NET courses, analyze training needs, and ensure content accuracy across formats. A Secret clearance and US travel readiness are required; ADDIE concepts and multimedia training tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience delivering training for military acquisition programs.
• Experience with ADDIE training design and development.
• Ability to work in a matrix/remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the entire training program for logistics demonstrations and test events.
• Prepare and conduct New Equipment Training (NET) courses per AR 350-1 and related TRADOC regulations.
• Analyze training needs and develop solutions for operators, maintainers, and system admins.
• Develop and deliver an exportable multimedia Training Support Package (TSP) with POIs and handouts.
• Coordinate with engineers and government SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and customer readiness.
