Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Instructor / Facilitator to support the U.S.

Marshals Service in delivering engaging, learner-centered training programs that strengthen workforce knowledge, skills, and operational performance in support of the DOJ mission. The position delivers classroom, virtual, and blended learning using Government-approved curricula, applying adult learning principles, and collaborating with government stakeholders, curriculum design, and course

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required and a Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of related experience.
• 5+ years applying formal instructional techniques for adult education.
• 5+ years delivering classroom, virtual instructor-led, and blended learning.
• Experience facilitating workshops, simulations, or interactive activities.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse adult learners.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and classroom management.
• Experience with approved curricula, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written/verbal skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain MB I background investigation and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual instructor-led, and blended training using approved curricula.
• Facilitate workshops, simulations, case studies, and microlearning activities.
• Apply adult learning principles to engage diverse learners.
• Communicate complex technical and regulatory information clearly.
• Create an inclusive learning environment encouraging participation and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and course administrators for delivery.
• Review instructional materials for readiness prior to delivery.
• Provide feedback on learner performance and curriculum effectiveness.
• Support assessments, course evaluations, and learning activities.
• Maintain instructional documentation and participate in train-the-trainer activities.
• Complete USMS Adjunct Instructor Training or equivalent FLETA-accredited training.
• Maintain subject-matter knowledge and instructional readiness; travel as required.
