TNT Crane & Rigging Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time Training Instructor to join our Training & Development team in Houston, TX.

The role will schedule, conduct, and monitor training for employees across Safety, Operations, Maintenance, and Supervisor Training, using blended and distance learning methods and a variety of instructional approaches. The ideal candidate has expertise in adult learning theory and prior crane and rigging training experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience with trainer roles and adult learning principles.
• Ability to tailor instruction for diverse groups.
• Proven facilitation and presentation skills.
• Comfort with multiple training formats (classroom, on-the-job, online).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules across business units.
• Develop teaching outlines and select instructional methods.
• Create training aids such as handbooks and guides.
• Conduct train-the-trainer and employee training sessions.
• Maintain training records and report progress.
• Provide feedback and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate across teams to develop materials.
• Manage time and priorities in a cross-functional environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
