A leading training organization in Houston is seeking a friendly Teaching Assistant to support crane and rigging training programs. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people learn and is patient, reliable, and communicates clearly. Responsibilities include assisting the Lead Instructor, organizing materials, and supporting students during practice. No prior crane experience is required as training will be provided. Do you enjoy helping people learn? Are you steady, patient, and great at following a clear process? Diamond Rigging and Crane is looking for a friendly, safety-minded Teaching Assistant to support our crane and rigging training programs.

This is a perfect role for someone who loves being part of a team, communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and wants to help students grow. No crane experience needed, we will train you.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Lead Instructor during classes
• Help set up the classroom and training yard
• Assist students with simple, hands‑on practice
• Keep materials, tools, and equipment organized
• Follow all safety rules and help reinforce them
• Give students encouragement and guidance
• Keep the training environment clean, safe, and steady

Work Schedule

• 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (15 min break × 2) and (1 hr lunch break)
• 8‑hour shifts (no overtime)
• Monday – Friday

• Any teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience
