Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Training Facilitator in Springfield, MO to deliver engaging new-hire training across consumer and business sales lines. You will ensure onboarding, systems, and performance standards are understood from day one, while supporting ongoing development and curriculum updates.

You will partner with leadership to identify training needs, design targeted programs, and drive continuous improvement in our training offerings.

Qualifications

• Facilitation or training delivery experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of call center operations and sales.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training for adults.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; engaging presenter.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new-hire training for all call center roles with clear expectations.
• Deliver day-one onboarding and skills development for new hires.
• Coach new hires during transition from training to production teams.
• Maintain Russell Cellular’s training standards across onboarding and lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and train-improvement plans.
• Collaborate to update and enhance new-hire training curriculum.
• Develop ongoing training programs for existing staff.
• Analyze training effectiveness and propose curriculum improvements.
• Schedule and coordinate ongoing training sessions with leadership.
