Job summary

ATHENA Consulting seeks a Training Specialist to design and deliver workshops and job readiness training in Vancouver, WA, with travel to Kelso, WA twice weekly. The role emphasizes creating training materials, facilitating sessions, and tracking outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of training experience required.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training program implementation.
• Willingness to travel between Vancouver, WA and Kelso, WA as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs based on customer and staff needs.
• Develop and prepare training materials and instructional resources.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops for job seekers at WorkSource Centers.
• Track program performance metrics and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate workshop logistics with center staff and ensure high-quality sessions.
