Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal construction management system replacement. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, construction personnel, leadership, and external contractors.

This role requires strong classroom facilitation, software training experience, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change across multiple locations. 100% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant training experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel extensively (100% travel indicated).
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and in-person environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to questions and guide participants during training.
• Maintain classroom management and engagement.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods.
