Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineers, and contractors across multiple locations.

Strong facilitation, communication, and change-management skills are essential. The role includes travel up to 100%, collaboration with Training and Program Managers, and adherence to lesson plans while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship required and must be able to travel extensively.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
