Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Training & Education Manager to lead the global portfolio, overseeing sales training, onboarding, product education, and Life Fitness Academy initiatives.

The role focuses on building scalable learning solutions with cross-functional partners, managing the LMS and content strategy, and developing a high-performing team to drive commercial excellence and an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, sales enablement, or customer education.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience developing training for customer-facing teams.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the strategy, roadmap, and operating model of the global Training and Education function, ensuring programs align with commercial priorities and business objectives.
• Lead internal and external training and education programs.
• Oversee sales training, new-hire onboarding, product education, customer education programs, and Life Fitness Academy initiatives.
• Oversee the execution and development of Life Fitness Academy and the global trainer network, including customer education, Train-the-Trainer programs, and expansion across customers, distributors, education partners, and international markets.
• Manage the learning & enablement ecosystem, including learning management system, content & enablement communication strategy, and training operations.
• Partner with business leaders to improve commercial effectiveness and readiness.
• Lead and develop a team of learning professionals.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

We're seeking a Training & Education Manager to lead the execution of our global training and education portfolio. This role will oversee a team responsible for sales training, onboarding, product education, customer learning, and Life Fitness Academy initiatives that drive commercial excellence.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, this role leads a global team responsible for sales training & onboarding, product education, customer education, Life Fitness Academy programming, learning management system administration, content management, and training operations. The Manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Revenue Operations to build scalable learning solutions that improve business performance and customer experience.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL. Monday and Friday are remote while Tuesday through Thursday are in-office collaboration days.

As Our Manager, Training & Education, You Will

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $81,000 - $117,400 annually. This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
