Job summary

Paul Mueller Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to support development, maintenance, and analysis of training documentation and LMS content for manufacturing and related programs.

You will monitor training data, deliver scheduled sessions, and contribute to workforce development initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with operations, onboarding, and external partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in training support, documentation, or technical administrative roles preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma White Belt or Yellow Belt required or obtainable within first year.
• AWS Welding Inspector/Supervisor education path possible with experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, format, and maintain training documents and materials using Word and templates.
• Organize, update, and control training documentation and curriculum materials.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and operator qualification data in the LMS.
• Generate and analyze training data reports from the LMS to evaluate participation and trends.
• Provide structured recommendations for improving training content clarity and effectiveness.
• Deliver scheduled or requested training aligned with established curriculum.
• Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure training success.
