Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a Document Controller to design and review training content, coordinate learning solutions, and support site training initiatives. You will facilitate content development with SMEs and trainers and help implement training across the GMP environment.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, managing training systems, and ensuring compliance with GxP standards while supporting weekend and rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and SOPs in GMP facilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor periodic review of training systems.
• Work with SMEs and trainers to craft new content and update existing content.
• Learn new systems to manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
