Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) is seeking a Document Controller to design and review training content, coordinate learning solutions, and support site training programs within GMP disciplines.

You will collaborate with SMEs and trainers, manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, and help ensure compliance through precise documentation and effective learning processes, including weekend and holiday coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and GMP SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as document controller.
• Monitor periodic review of training systems.
• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to craft new content and update existing content.
• Learn new systems to manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
