Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a Document Controller to design and review training content, coordinate learning solutions, and support site training programs.

You will work with SMEs and trainers to craft new content and ensure it aligns with GMP requirements. The role involves learning management systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, periodic reviews, and coordinating training transactions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and SOPs in a GMP facility.
• Experience using learning management software and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor periodic review of training systems.
• Work with SMEs and trainers for crafting new content and updating existing content.
• Learn new systems to manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
