We are a leading psychological risk management consulting firm with 25-35 employees specializing in providing comprehensive pre-employment screening, fitness for duty assessment, independent medical evaluations, risk assessments, and consultation. With offices in three locations around the country, we are dedicated to assisting police and public safety organizations and private corporations with making informed decisions that contribute to safer and more productive workplaces and communities.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Training Director Psychologist to join our team. The Training Director Psychologist will work closely with the Clinical Director to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs aimed at educating postdoctoral fellows and psychologists on psychological risk management strategies and best practices in police and public safety psychology.
