Job description

VocoVision is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) School Psychologist to provide virtual assessment services to students in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Our remote psychological services connect qualified professionals with students who need culturally and linguistically appropriate assessments regardless of location barriers.

Position Details
  • Full-time position (35-37.5 hours weekly)
  • K-12 caseload with emphasis on bilingual evaluations
  • Comprehensive assessment services including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional
  • Consultation with educational teams and families
  • Support for culturally responsive intervention planning
Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive bilingual psychoeducational evaluations
  • Administer and interpret standardized assessments in Spanish and English
  • Write detailed, culturally responsive psychoeducational reports
  • Present evaluation findings at virtual eligibility and IEP meetings
  • Provide consultation to teachers and families regarding appropriate interventions
  • Support language acquisition considerations in educational planning
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on eligibility determinations
  • Maintain accurate records and meet all compliance timelines
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Active New Mexico school psychologist license
  • Minimum 2 years of school-based psychology experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required
  • Experience with bilingual assessment preferred
  • Knowledge of appropriate assessment practices for culturally and linguistically diverse students
  • Proficiency with various assessment instruments
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
