Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Training Director to lead employee and foster parent training, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role includes managing the Relias Training System and coordinating in-person trainings at our Portland office.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field with experience in care and treatment for youth, plus preferred training in Collaborative Problem Solving and Trauma-Informed Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major in social work, psychology, sociology or allied field and have 2 years of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults.
• Master’s Degree with major study in social work, psychology, sociology or an allied field and have 1 year of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults.
• Training or experience in Collaborative Problem Solving, Peer Support Services, and Trauma Informed Care is preferred.

About your Role:

As the Training Director, you will oversee employee and foster parent training, ensuring compliance with all training requirements. This role includes overseeing the Relias Training System and ensuring all training activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and polices.

• This position works from a home office and travels to our office in Portland to facilitate in person trainings.
