Job summary

Mecklenburg County’s Youth and Family Services Division (YFS) seeks a Training Supervisor to lead the design and monitoring of training programs across the department. Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of training programs for Youth and Family Services.
• Supervise staff responsible for assessing training needs and evaluating programs.
• Coordinate training tools, delivery methods and budget.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal policies.
• Collect feedback and measure program effectiveness.
• Plan and direct division-wide training for managers and staff.
