Responsibilities

• Assess employee and organizational training needs.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led and other training programs.
• Create training materials, presentations, course content, testing materials, and instructional resources.
• Coordinate training sessions and learning activities.
• Conduct research to develop appropriate training programs.
• Update existing training materials, policies, procedures, and course content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure learning outcomes.
• Work with subject-matter experts and agency leadership to develop training.
• Support professional and leadership development initiatives.
• Provide presentations and facilitate training for employees.
• Serve as a project lead on assigned training or development projects.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure information remains current.
• Perform other professional duties as assigned.
