Job Description:
The Training & Development Specialist 3 is responsible for assessing, planning, developing, coordinating, and delivering training for an agency. The position handles the full learning and development process and evaluates whether training achieves the intended functional or technical outcomes.
Typical responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualification:
High school diploma or GED and three years of experience providing educational, training, or instructional services in the functional area.
A bachelor’s degree in a related area is often listed as a preferred qualification , along with strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, curriculum development, and experience conducting training.
