In this position...
  1. This position will be responsible for coordinating training for existing employees and new hires, both hourly and salaried, within a Ford Manufacturing plant.
  2. Provide performance consulting at a Ford Motor Company site to enhance workplace learning and skills development to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
You'll have...
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance Technology or related field.
  2. Technical and professional knowledge of Human Performance Technology.
  3. Ability to build effective working relationships.
  4. Strong planning and organizational skills for self and others.

Responsibilities
What you'll do...
  1. Implement and manage the Ford Manufacturing Training System using standardized processes and tools.
  2. Conduct training needs analysis at various levels.
  3. Develop and monitor annual training plans and completion rates.
  4. Manage training budgets and records to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  5. Secure funding to support training initiatives.
  6. Plan and implement orientation programs for new hires and transfers, identifying individual training needs.
  7. Coordinate training schedules, instructors, and facilities to maintain production schedules.
  8. Monitor certification of trainers and coaches for continuous improvement.
  9. Evaluate training impact through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  10. Manage the training tracking system and generate reports as required.
  11. Lead and facilitate plant training committees and teams.
