You will design engaging training for diverse employee groups, evaluate outcomes, and maintain training records using modern tools and registration systems.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or coursework in education, training and development, human resources, or business.
• Combination of college credits and work experience may substitute for degree requirements.
• Two years of professional work experience in training and development is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus-wide training programs and serve as moderator and lead presenter.
• Design training using internal and external resources and stay current with trends.
• Develop and conduct training for all employee levels.
• Create engaging online resources and interactive content delivery tools.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and revise content accordingly.
• Maintain curriculum database and training records.
• Choose delivery methods (online, in-person, mentoring, on-the-job).
• Produce educational aids and materials.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
• Support departmental training goals, policies, and procedures.
• Sponsor train-the-trainer initiatives and supervise interns.
