Job summary

Peak Support in United States (Cambridge, MA) seeks an Instructional Designer to transform expert knowledge into training resources for global new-hire and level-specific programs. You will partner with Training Facilitators and Producers to deliver impactful materials across the organization.

You will design instructor-led and self-paced experiences, keep materials updated with client process changes, and explore innovations in training.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Articulate).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great collaboration and coordination skills.
• Knowledge and/or experience with instructional design and training delivery best practices.
• Knowledge and/or proficiency in LMS platforms and technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design roles.
• Proactive in adopting emerging AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced training materials for Peak Support’s teams
• Deliver a T3 to Trainers who will facilitate the learning materials
• Evaluate and enhance learning materials regularly for continued development and improvement
• Stay updated on all process updates from the clients through regular check-ins with internal stakeholders
• Strategize, design, and implement innovations in training programs across all of Peak Support
• Optimize the knowledge base/learning materials of all of Peak Support’s programs

Description

The Instructional Designer is a key role in Corporate Training & Development, encompassing mastery of growth and development trainings and processes throughout Peak Support. Gaining expertise and a deep understanding of the needs of our internal stakeholders and the learning process that will take place for all team members who will represent the businesses, the Instructional Designer’s primary role is to transform the expertise they gain into training resources for global new-hire and level-specific trainings. Partnering with Training Facilitators and Producers, the output of the Instructional Designer strongly impacts the metrics that matter in Peak Support as a whole.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced training materials for Peak Support’s teams
