Resources for Human Development (RHD) in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to design, deliver, and evaluate training for Shared Living and Day programs. You will oversee curriculum development, compliance, and professional education initiatives across multiple teams.

The role requires 3+ years delivering training, strong facilitation skills for groups up to 20, and proficiency with Relias and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering training and developing content.
• 1–3 years in an IDD, behavioral health, or human services environment preferred.
• Comfortable facilitating training for groups of up to 20 people.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training solutions for regulatory and funder compliance.
• Oversee training delivery, processes, documentation, and corporate education initiatives.
• Maintain training curricula and materials; update as needed.
• Track training compliance data and corrective action plans.
• Prepare monthly KPI and training reports; coordinate with leadership.
