Resources for Human Development (RHD) in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Training Coordinator to design, deliver, and evaluate training that meets regulatory and funder requirements. You will oversee delivery, maintain curricula, and collaborate with our corporate training team to support Shared Living and Day programs, traveling to sites as needed.

The role offers a $50,000 annual salary, full-time schedule, and benefits, with opportunities to strengthen teams and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years delivering training and developing training content.
• 1–3 years in IDD, behavioral health, or human services environment preferred.
• Facilitate training for groups of up to 20 people.
• State background check clearance; able to obtain MANDT, First Aid, CPR certifications.
• Valid driver's license and travel to program locations; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training solutions ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee training delivery, documentation, and curricula updates.
• Support Relias for tracking and reporting training data.
• Prepare monthly KPI and training reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with program management to identify training needs.
• Coordinate training across multiple program locations.
