Job summary

Lone Star College-CyFair is seeking a Coordinator III, Training Learning, Engagement, and Development (LED) Center to support planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of professional development and onboarding programs.

Reporting to the LED Center Director, you will oversee workflows, compliance, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders to enhance training delivery, learner needs, events, and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with office software and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational records in the project management system and prepare reports.
• Develop and maintain workflows, training materials, and learning resources for onboarding and professional development.
• Coordinate delivery of training sessions for employees and track learner needs.
