Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator in Lebanon, PA. This full-time role focuses on coordinating training compliance, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to empower employees and ensure regulatory adherence.

The Training Coordinator will conduct development trainings, maintain records, and collaborate with HR and leadership while traveling to regional offices as needed. DailyPay is available and compensation is $23/hr.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's in Human Services or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Three to five years of experience in Human Services or related field.
• Trainer certification in CPI, Medication Administration, and CPR/First Aid, or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Experience with PA ID/A service system and Medicaid Waiver programs.
• Experience as a Program Coordinator or similar Human Services role preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, recordkeeping, and professional writing skills.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with independent judgment.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee training compliance, onboarding programs, and annual training requirements.
• Conduct New Employee Developmental Training and schedule, facilitate, or coordinate required trainings including CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Clinical CEU trainings.
• Maintain training databases, records, compliance reports, audits, and documentation to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Develop, implement, and improve training programs, policies, materials, and communications with HR and leadership.
• Travel to regional offices and affiliate locations to deliver training and assist with special projects.
