Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed.
• Experience or coursework in instructional design or training development.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operations and maintenance training content.
• Assess existing training programs to identify needs.
• Analyze technical documentation to communicate specifications.
• Acquire subject knowledge via interviews and review of manuals.
• Prepare illustrative materials for training media.
• Research documentation to design learning solutions.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.
