• Ability to document training outcomes and improve curricula based on feedback.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements training curriculums and conducts instructor-led sessions.
• Develops criteria to evaluate training effectiveness and tracks outcomes.
• Coordinates schedules, develops content, and creates training aids and materials.
• Manages examinations and updates lesson plans to reflect current requirements.
• Maintains training records and coordinates with customers/contractors for standardized training.
