The incumbent develops and delivers courses for internal and external audiences, using multimedia tools and various delivery platforms, while ensuring accessibility

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and conduct research.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain online training library and transcript database.
• Transfer recordings from a recorder into Adobe Audition and upload to Captivate.
• Design and develop instructional material for training courses.
• Deliver training to adult learners across in-person, online, and webinar platforms.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure accuracy and quality of training materials.
