Job summary

GrowthWise Search Partners is seeking a Training Coordinator / LMS Coordinator to support employee development and safety excellence. You will maintain the LMS, ensure accurate training records, and report on compliance while collaborating with the training team to create career pathways.

The role involves traveling between Stockton and Pleasant Grove, with hours 7:30am–4pm, and a pay range of $33–$35 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and retirement plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) – building training plans, curricula and development paths.
• Experience managing training records, compliance tracking, and LMS reporting.
• Plan to travel between Stockton and Pleasant Grove offices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data, reporting, and training records
• Coordinate and monitor OSHA and safety compliance training programs
• Track, document, and report on safety and compliance completion across the organization
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation in the LMS
• Support safety compliance monitoring and audits through accurate LMS reporting
• Partner with the training team to support employee development programs and career pathways
• Book and coordinate offsite trainings for technicians (book travel arrangements)
• Assist with continuous improvement of training processes, reporting, and LMS utilization

You will:

You have:

• Prior experience working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS) – you have build training plans, training curriculums and development paths

• Plan to travel between Stockton and Pleasant Grove office locations

You might have:

• Prior experience with Cornerstone LMS
• Prior experience supporting safety compliance or OSHA-related training programs
• Exposure to heavy construction / field labor training

Training Coordinator / LMS Coordinator – Benefits for You

Work schedule 7:30am to 4pm in office in either Roseville area or Stockton area.

Your compensation will be $33–$35 per hour, depending on experience (approx. $68,000 to $73,000 DOE). You will receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and retirement plan with company match.
