Job summary

GrowthWise Search Partners is seeking a Training Coordinator / LMS Coordinator to support employee development and safety excellence. You will help maintain a strong training environment, create training plans, and enhance LMS usage.

You will collaborate with the training team, manage records and reports, and participate in long-term career development initiatives while supporting travel between Stockton and Pleasant Grove offices.

• Experience managing training records, compliance tracking and LMS reporting.
• Willingness to travel between Stockton and Pleasant Grove office locations.

Training Coordinator / LMS Coordinator – You Have (Required Skills & Experience)

You have:

• Prior experience working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS) – you have build training plans, training curriculums and development paths
• Prior experience managing training records, compliance tracking, and LMS reporting
• Plan to travel between Stockton and Pleasant Grove office locations

You might have:

• Prior experience with Cornerstone LMS
• Prior experience supporting safety compliance or OSHA-related training programs
• Exposure to heavy construction / field labor training

Training Coordinator / LMS Coordinator – Benefits for You

• Work schedule 7:30am to 4pm in office in either Roseville area or Stockton area.
• Your compensation will be $33–$35 per hour, depending on experience (approx. $68,000 to $73,000 DOE). You will receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and retirement plan with company match.
