Coordinate regional professional learning for child care providers. Maintain records and report as required.Assist programs with expansion, making judgments on business strategies and provide ongoing program support; use evaluation tools to determine needs of the provider and create unique program plan for each provider. Compares current training opportunities to changing MSDE guidance and updates trainings to be offered as possible, to ensure best possible continuing education programs to providers.**Authority and Accountability**This position reports to Director of the Eastern Shore Child Care Resource Center (ESCCRC) and Executive Director of the ESCCRC. This position has no direct reports, and there are no supervisory or budgetary duties.
