Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator to provide training and technical assistance to STOP Placement Office staff and the network of CBPs in the contracted Program Area. The trainer will develop and deliver initial and ongoing in-service trainings for STOP and CBP staff.

The role includes coordinating bi-annual CDCR trainings, identifying training needs, developing modules, and updating outreach presentations to ensure consistent messaging across STOP providers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1 year training experience preferred.
• 2 years of evidence-based program experience preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based programming and Motivational Interviewing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates bi-annual trainings with CDCR for staff and CBPs.
• Identifies training needs and collaborates on additional training.
• Develops training modules and on-site training plans.
• Monitors training progress and maintains outreach materials.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
