Job summary

ADM is seeking a Training Coordinator to serve as the key resource for implementing Performance Excellence and Learning practices across the operation. You will work with site leadership to assess current state, envision future state, and develop a strategic plan to drive the organization forward.

You will facilitate training sessions, mentor team members, and act as the primary liaison for ADM’s central PE & Learning teams to ensure effective training and continuous improvement in the plant.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a premier training program to build a highly effective, safe workforce.
• Coach on problem solving using data to drive decisions.
• Lead education and training for location teams aligned to organizational goals.
• Train and influence teams to use PE tools and methodologies.
• Identify training gaps and provide actionable solutions.
• Oversee and manage the site’s new hire training program.
• Collaborate with mentors, SMEs, reviewers, and EHS staff to support training.
• Maintain and audit training documents for changes and MOC processes.
• Deliver adult learning, one-on-one coaching, field instruction, and stand-up presentations.
• Partner with PE team to measure training effectiveness and efficiency.
• Mentor site teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Support Plant Manager to ensure safe, reliable operations.
