Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating and leading L&D/training programs in manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; LMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a premier training program to provide a highly effective, robust workforce.
• Provide coaching on problem solving using data and analytics.
• Train and mentor teams to utilize PE tools and methodologies.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions and collaborate with ADM PE & Learning teams.
• Maintain and audit training documents and procedures.
