Job summary

Adient US LLC seeks a Training Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day delivery of learning programs in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with operations, HR, and the CI team to ensure effective training, documentation, and workforce development.

You will also support simple CI projects and align training with quality and safety standards. The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree with related experience, or an equivalent combination, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (university) with a minimum of 1 year related experience or an associate degree (2-year) with a minimum of 6 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in training coordination, L&D, HR, manufacturing, or automotive environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with training systems or HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of training and development programs.
• Schedule, organize, and track training sessions including onboarding, safety, compliance, and technical training.
• Maintain training records, prepare materials, and coordinate instructors and participants.
• Communicate training schedules and requirements to employees and leadership.
• Assist CI with simple problem-solving projects including data collection and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training effectiveness and workforce capability.
• Ensure training documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify training needs with supervisors and managers to support skill development.
