Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services required.
• Minimum two years experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Clean driving record with PA Driver’s License required.
• Clear State Police Criminal Background Check required.
• Medical examination and TB test to be completed prior to start date and renewed every two years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee training with Directors/Managers and maintain training records for state compliance.
• Schedule and deliver CPR, First Aid, AED, SCM, and DHS Medication Administration training for all staff.
• Develop and present training materials and invite internal or external speakers as needed.
• Report training status to Directors/Managers and address outstanding issues.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation and follow-up trainings; ensure staff meet annual training hours.
• Maintain the training tracking system and files for easy access.
• Provide guidance and support to staff and stay updated on regulatory changes.
