Work with the Training Manager to deliver and coordinate training for healthcare professionals and communities.
Arrange sessions, venues, trainer communications and records; support Associate Trainer relationships and meetings.
Develop evaluation methods, analyse feedback and share findings to improve content and report outcomes.
Coordinate with advice and campaigns colleagues and support the remote training team.
You will bring training development or delivery experience, inclusive and trauma-informed facilitation, human-rights and healthcare-law knowledge, strong organisation and empathetic communication. Confidence with digital tools, independent working and a commitment to inclusion and challenging oppression are essential. Evaluation skills or interest are welcomed; maternity inequalities knowledge and materials/video experience are desirable.
Permanent, 22.5 hours across three days. £19,800 actual annually (£33,000 FTE). Remote in the UK, with travel for meetings/events. Core hours 10am-3pm and Tuesday team overlap.
