CoramBAAF supports professionals in adoption, fostering and kinship care. Its Racial Justice Family Network brings together practitioners, researchers and people with lived experience to advance anti-racist practice across family justice in England and Wales.
Coordinate the network’s workplan, working groups and projects, maintaining actions, timelines and meeting papers.
Develop newsletters, website and social content; organise accessible meetings, webinars, workshops and training with speakers, invitations, logistics and evaluation.
Build relationships with members and partners, answer enquiries and maintain accurate membership records.
Support grant-funded delivery, policy consultations, resources and impact reporting by gathering participation, feedback and outcomes.
Bring experience coordinating projects, networks, partnerships or comparable activities, taking work from planning to delivery. Strong organisation, sensitive communication, relationship-building and independent working are essential, alongside confidence with digital tools, communications and events.
