Job summary

Clarvida in Temple, PA is seeking a Training Coordinator to implement corporate training curricula, coordinate onboarding, and ensure staff meet training requirements. Travel to various locations may be required.

The role collaborates with Operations and Regional Directors to organize, facilitate, and maintain training initiatives while supporting onboarding activities and ensuring compliance with program standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • At least five years of experience working directly with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, schedule, and facilitate training for all new staff members in accordance with approved curriculum.
  • Compile and maintain employee training documentation and records.
  • Assist in the development and updating of staff training curriculum.
  • Work closely with recruiting and onboarding teams to onboard new hires using company procedures and resources.
  • Monitor training requirements and coordinate with management to ensure staff compliance with company standards.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding staff performance, knowledge, and readiness.
  • Attend educational seminars to stay current with training tools and methodologies.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-train team members to support operational continuity.
  • Assist with onboarding activities including interviewing, pre-employment paperwork, and scheduling requirements such as physical examinations.
