Job summary

JLL in Houston, TX is seeking a Training Coordinator to implement training programs, analyze needs, assign training, and track content. You will work with clients to troubleshoot system issues and ensure accuracy of training content and vendor support.

You will partner with Account and Client EHS leads, Facilities Operations, Finance, and HR to day-to-day operations, drive compliance, and add value to training programs across sites.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in training coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive work ethic.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) or HRIS software experience.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement training and support Training Needs Analysis.
  • Assign training and interface with clients to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Track training content and generate metrics to show compliance and performance.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to carry out the Training Plan.
  • Partner with Account and Client EHS Leads, Facility Director Operations Manager, Finance, and HR to daily operations.
  • Manage client and JLL Training Assignment Portfolios and maintain audit readiness.
  • Assign and track training across multiple learning platforms.
  • Run training reports and support completion at assigned sites.
  • Troubleshoot training issues.
  • Create innovative training solutions and tools for site/program training.
  • Network with client and JLL leadership to ensure training compliance.
  • Collaborate on onboarding and ensure role training is listed in Portfolio.
  • Additional duties as required.
