JLL is seeking a detail‑oriented Transaction Support Specialist in Miami to assist brokerage teams with regulated lease and purchase transactions across office, industrial, and retail properties. The role emphasizes market research, financial modeling, and preparation of client‑facing materials.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in commercial real estate, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

This role will support brokerage (leasing) activities by assisting and completing special projects as assigned to support quality decision making by clients and brokerage team. The ideal candidate will execute on the below job functions with a high level of quality and accuracy.
Support senior transaction managers in managing lease and purchase transactions across office, industrial, and retail property types
Conduct market research and analyze leasecomparablesto support client decision-making
Prepare financial models and cash flow analyses to evaluate leasing and acquisition options
Assist in creating compelling presentations, proposals, and transaction summaries for clients
Coordinate property tours and support lease negotiations under supervision
Assist in preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and proposal comparison packages
Assistin preparing regular transaction status reports and pipeline updates for clients
Support quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Helpmaintaintransaction databases and ensure data accuracy in JLL systems
Participatein client meetings and coordinate internal stakeholder communications
Track transaction milestones and coordinate due diligence activities
Assist in broker selection and resource coordination for field activities
Support documentation preparation including Letters of Intent (LOIs) and transaction memoranda
An ideal candidate should have the following desired experience and technical skills:
2-4 years' experience in commercial real estate, preferably working in transaction management
Basic understanding of commercial lease structures and terminology
Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Related Field
Broker's License
