Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Training Coordinator to support DoD mission requirements by developing, coordinating, and sustaining a scalable data ecosystem for real-time information sharing and mission-tailored analytics.

Responsibilities include planning training events, coordinating logistics, evaluating deliverables, managing vendor quotes, and reporting on cost and participation while ensuring alignment with learning objectives. On-site office environment in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Active TS-SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in training/curriculum development.
• OSINT methodologies and geospatial data analysis knowledge.
• Proficient in instructional design and adult learning.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS or similar geospatial tools.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural facilitation skills.

• Manage acquisition of packaged training services under Cost-Reimbursement CLINs.
• Conduct market research and identify qualified training providers.
• Solicit and compare quotes from at least two sources for each training event.
• Submit a vendor recommendation package with justification to the COR for approval.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
• Review deliverables for quality and completeness post-event.
• Maintain training records and provide monthly reporting on status, cost, and participation.
• Ensure training outcomes align with Government-defined learning objectives.

SOSi is seeking a Training Coordinator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.

Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for planning, coordination, quality assurance, and Government interface regarding training events procured.
• Manage the acquisition of packaged training services under Cost-Reimbursement CLINs.
• Conduct market research and identify qualified training providers.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Active TS-SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field, or
  • five (5) years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development.
• Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, and ESRI ArcGIS exposure and/or, dashboard analytics, or other mission-relevant tools.
• Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations.
• Proficient in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural facilitation skills are required to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.
• Knowledge in ESRI ArcGIS or other geospatial analytical tools to oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization.
• Knowledgeable in incorporating real-world scenarios into training programs and adapting content to evolving needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international partners, interagency collaboration, and training program assessment is desirable.
