  • Coordinates closely with the Training Coordinator to align technical content with approved training events and mission objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a training data tracking and reporting capability, under the direction of the Government, to support program performance visibility and strategic planning.
  • Provide dashboard inputs summarizing this data for Government approval on a bi-weekly basis (aligned with sprint reporting) and shall update the dashboard within 5 business days following the conclusion of each training event.
  • Document the planning, delivery, and evaluation of each training program purchased, including travel coordination, curriculum verification, and on-site logistics. A post-execution summary report shall be submitted within 10 business days of event completion.

  • Provide a comprehensive training impact report, detailing the effectiveness of knowledge transfer, skill adoption rates, and recommendations for program enhancement.
  • Administer post-training language satisfaction surveys to partner nation trainees, collecting quantitative and qualitative feedback on language accessibility, translation accuracy, and instructor communication.
  • Compile and analyze feedback data quarterly, identifying trends, deficiencies, and areas for improvement in multilingual training delivery.
  • Provide an annual report summarizing language feedback insights, corrective actions taken, and recommendations for improving multilingual training effectiveness.
  • Host remote training materials, provide access to self-paced learning modules, and facilitate sessions.
