Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. The role involves overseeing OSINT reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations.

The Training Coordinator will apply instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments and with access to ESRI ArcGIS and other mission-critical tools.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of OSINT, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
• Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and dashboard analytics or similar tools acceptable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting training for partner nations.
• Manage training on geospatial tools and operational dashboard utilization.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions.
• Facilitate communication and cross-cultural knowledge transfer.
• Oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization using ESRI ArcGIS or other tools.
• Incorporate real-world scenarios into training programs and adapt content to evolving needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development.
• Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
• Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission-relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international partners.
• Experience in interagency collaboration.
• Experience in training program assessment.

Required Education and Experience Equivalency

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
• OR Minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development.
