Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Possess expert-level knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT methodologies.
• Develop and deliver training on Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development.
• Demonstrate familiarity with secure data environments, RBAC, and cataloging standards.
• Create hands-on instructional content including exercises simulating real-world data processing and visualization tasks.
• Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives and Government priorities.
• Facilitate documentation, post-training support, and engagement with U.S. and partner nation personnel.
