The position emphasizes hands-on training, cross-cultural communication, and adapting content to evolving needs, including geospatial analysis using ESRI ArcGIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, intelligence studies, or a related field or 5+ years of equivalent training experience.
• Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
• Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission-relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSINT reporting training for partner nations.
• Manage training on geospatial tools and dashboard utilization.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions.
• Facilitate communication and cross-cultural knowledge transfer.
• Oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization using ESRI ArcGIS or other tools.
• Incorporate real-world scenarios into training programs and adapt content to evolving needs.
