RELX INC is seeking a detail‑oriented Training & Content Governance Coordinator to manage publication, placement, quality, and governance of learning content across multiple platforms. The role requires coordinating reviews, maintaining project tracking, and ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.

You will partner with SMEs, platform teams, and Sales Enablement to execute repeatable publishing workflows, drive governance cycles, and improve content processes across Mindtickle and SharePoint.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating learning content across multiple assignments and stakeholder reviews.
• Working knowledge of learning management systems, sales readiness platforms, content repositories, or similar digital platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to apply standards, maintain records, manage competing priorities, and execute repeatable processes with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Publish and govern learning content across Mindtickle, SharePoint, catalogs, and repositories.
• Coordinate intake to completion, track requirements, deadlines, and ownership.
• Validate metadata, links, titles, and publishing locations before release.
• Maintain governance schedules, inventories, and review trackers.
• Coordinate live-training breakdowns and go-to-market workflows.
• Suggest practical improvements to existing content workflows.
• Document decisions and handoffs to ensure continuity.
