Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training & Content Governance Coordinator to manage publication, placement, quality, and governance of learning content across Mindtickle, SharePoint, catalogs, and other repositories. You will coordinate intake-to-completion, maintain project tracking, and ensure content remains accurate and easy to find.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating learning content, digital content, or related projects across multiple assignments.
• Working knowledge of learning management systems, sales readiness platforms, content repositories, or similar digital platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply standards, maintain accurate records, and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Publish and govern learning content across Mindtickle, SharePoint, catalogs, and repositories.
• Coordinate reviews, assignments, due dates, reminders, and reporting handoffs.
• Validate metadata, links, labels, permissions, and publishing locations before release.
• Maintain governance schedules, inventories, ownership records, and versioning.
• Track scope, dependencies, owners, deadlines, risks, approvals, and next actions.
